The objective of the role is to be responsible for driving a part of FMCG (foodstuff and personal care) and promotions licensing business in Russia.
The responsibilities include:
· Generating long-term category strategies;
· Conducting financial & market analysis of product categories to make recommendations on partnership & product development for every licensor (Warner Bros, 20th Century FOX, Dream Works, NIKE, Moomins, WWE, etc.)
· Expanding local licensee base and managing relations with existing licensees while attaining commercial KPIs;
· Providing input to annual business planning, sales forecasting, reporting & business reviews;
· Driving & overseeing the product development process of our partners to ensure products meet standards, quality criteria and timelines;
· Activating the partners' brand-building efforts together with;
· Driving the development and implementation of marketing programs.
Requirements:
• Experience in sales/category management is a must;
• Very good command of English;
• Strong sales and negotiation skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Experience in consumer goods is an advantage;
• Candidate must be open to domestic and international travel;
• Stress-resistant, multi-tasking, proactive individual.
